World Oceans Day is the world day for the preservation of the sea, established by the United Nations Organization, in order to focus on the importance that the sea has for our lives. We will celebrate it on 8th June at Capofaro Locanda & Malvasia, in Salina. On the occasion of World Oceans Day, from 7.30 pm chef Ludovico De Vivo will cook a four-course dinner using only local seasonal fish, cooked from head to tail and fished responsibly.
