On World Oceans Day, Salina’s restaurateurs will meet at Capofaro to acknowledge the sustainable fishing projects of the Blue Marine Foundation and Aeolian Islands Preservati on Fund and to sign a commitment far more responsible fish purchases. From 7pm chef Ludovico De Vivo will host a four course dinner using seasonal local fish cooked from head to tail and sourced using sustainable fishing techniques.
