Capofaro Locanda & Malvasia, in association with Relais & Châteaux, presents an evening to celebrate the history, culture and taste of the capperi di Salina, a presidium Slow Food.

From informative talks recalling the history of capers on Salina, to demonstrations on different cultivation and conservation methods, the evening will conclude with a cooking demonstration and a four course caper-themed dinner with a wine pairing.
